2 Once the turntable top is removed, the lodged tape inside the turntable is exposed

and can be easily lifted and removed (see Figure 19).

3 Once all tapes have been removed from the unit (magazine, turntable, or drive),

reassemble the unit as best as possible and send for service/repair.

Caution: Do not try to operate the unit after reassembly for shipment.

If successful removal of the tape has not occurred and the unit

is returned for service, the tape will be quarantined and

destroyed.
