Removing a

Cartridge

To remove a cartridge from the magazine:

1 Press on the tape cartridge until you hear a click.

2 Release the cartridge.

3 The slot has a spring-release action and will partially eject the

cartridge for ease of removal.

Caution: When a tape cartridge is inserted in a magazine

slot, a metal retaining tab pops up from the front

edge of the slot to retain the cartridge. Do not

press on the metal retaining tab. Always use the

press-and-release technique to remove cartridges

from the magazine.
