0001h Errors corrected with possible delays

0002h Total read / write errors

0003h Total read / write errors

0004h Total times correction algorithm processed. Always 0 for

write errors only.

0005h Total bytes processed

0006h Total uncorrected errors

8000h WRITE errors since last READ (page 02h) or

READ errors since last WRITE (page 03h)

8001h Total raw write error flags
