Selection of Cleaning Mode

The cleaning mode is selectable from:
• The diagnostic software
• The touch screen GUI
• A Mode Select command
The default cleaning mode is host-initiated. A Mode Select
command permanently changes the cleaning mode in the library’s
NVRAM, and is retained if the library power is cycled.

• Enable clean tape
- turns automatic cleaning mode on
• Disable clean tape
- turns automatic cleaning mode off
